Clearly here to assure no squirrels go hungry. 🐿️
At the end with Jeff “he’s just sitting up there getting fat baby”.
And yes… yes he is. 😂
But I love what my backyard is turning into. I love watching the birds and having them all visit and so because I feed them well I feed the squirrels too.
Will I let it stress me out.
Absolutely not. 🥰
This is my backyard sanctuary happy place and I will not let these little devils get me 😂
But also taking advice on how to have less fat squirrels and more birds. 🐦⬛

The only thing you actually have to do every day?
✨ Keep your word to yourself.
Not a perfect routine.
Not a 20-step to-do list.
Not saying yes to everything and burning out.
Just… keep your word.
And for me, that looks like this:
🌿 Getting outside + being in nature
🔥 Working hard at what I love
🛑 Resting when my body asks for it (because Lyme & healing don’t play)
💚 Prioritizing my health + boundaries
👨👩👧 Loving my people deeply
🐾 Loving my animals
🌱 Teaching + sharing natural healing with anyone who needs it
I don’t need to do everything.
I just need to do what I said I would.
With purpose.
With passion.
And with enough grace to rest along the way.
✨ That’s the promise. What’s yours?

Hallelujah for time spent in Mother Nature. ☀️ 🌱
And for sweet pups. Turns out Sugi loves to lay in the sun just as much as Bonsai and me did. 💕
What are you grateful for?

So much fun creating this little group of some of my favorite simple syrups.
These were made for a Giveaway Gift and I’m feeling like they need to exist everyday for purchase.
What do you think?
I included on each card the ingredients as well as a recipe using the syrups to create a mocktail, matcha, or just tasty soda alternative.
Do you want fresh, preservative free, citric acid free organic herbal syrups in your life?
Legs up the wall chat with me.
🦵 Did you know just by laying at a 90 degree angle with your legs elevated for 5 minutes and you are supporting detox and lymph flow in your body? 😘
I feel like I can’t mention lymphatic support with out calling out our local lymph moving queen ( ). If I could see her today I wouldn’t be laying here just letting lymph drip 🤭
😍As I lay here and look at my wall, it’s full of hand drawn art from a friend and artist Ashley ( ) , I was inspired to share.
Why am I doing this and what is this art on my wall.
🪴 I love herbs …. If you hadn’t noticed .
So when Ashley came out with a whole line of herbal images I had to get not just one but many.
But what are these herbs and what are they good for??
🌿 Let’s have a little chat about herbalism.
Maybe while you listen you should legs up the wall too.
Let me know what questions you have.
Love you, mean it.
Now put those legs up the wall, and go buy some herbs from Garner’s ( )and some natural art from Ashley. 😘 while your at it book a Vodder’s MLD(manual lymphatic drainage) massage with Tessa 😉
The Azalea Mocktail 🌸⛳️
This one feels different.
This one feels like my dad.
Golf was his happy place… and azaleas were just part of life growing up in South Carolina. Every Easter Sunday, we’d head to church and flower the cross — and it was always azaleas. Daddy would go outside and clip armfuls of them, bright and blooming, ready to be placed on something sacred. I don’t know why this drink hit me the way it did… but it did. 🖤
I’m not a golf girl — never really was — but I grew up around it because he loved it. And somehow, this little pink drink ended up holding a whole lot of memories. 💗
So here’s my wholistic take on the classic Masters Azalea… made with intention, cleaner ingredients, and a little bit of heart:
✨ 2 oz fresh organic lemon juice
✨ 2 oz organic pineapple juice
✨ Ice + top with sparkling water (I love Mountain Valley)
✨ Homemade grenadine (as much as your heart says)
It’s tart, it’s bright, it’s refreshing — and yes, she’s got a little bite to her (just how my husband likes it 😉)
Garnish with a lemon slice + organic freeze-dried cherries (because we’re skipping the dyes over here 🙅♀️)
And if you’re feeling fancy… salt that rim.
I’ll be sharing my homemade grenadine recipe next — because honestly, I think I’m entering my “herbal syrup era” and I’m not mad about it. Why are we drinking all these artificial, overly processed drinks when we can make something this beautiful, this simple, and this real?
Here’s to slowing down, honoring memories, and finding little ways to make life feel special again. 🤍🌿

Lately I’ve been coming back to the basics… and for me, that looks like the sauna 🔥
I’ve followed Rhonda Patrick for years, and she’s one of those people who reminds you—this stuff matters. Not just for how you feel… but for how long you live. Will forever love Dr Rhonda Patrick
We talk a lot about Lyme, mold, detox (all valid 👏)…
but are we supporting the things that matter most—like cardiovascular health?
So I’ll be in the sauna 3x a week… sweating, detoxing, and taking care of future me. So thankful for
Are you a sauna person? 👀
