She came to me with a burn where part of her brow used to be.

Scarred skin doesn't behave like healthy skin. It holds pigment unevenly, it
pulls color in directions you don't expect, and it has no hair left to follow
— so there's no natural pattern to guide the strokes. You're rebuilding a
brow from the map instead of from what's already there.

That's why the mapping took longer than the tattooing did. Every stroke over
that area had to be placed to match the growth pattern on the other side,
close enough that your eye stops looking for the difference.

it. Is it the softness? The color? The definition? The hair strokes? That's
the useful part, and that I can absolutely build for you.

Yes, that's orange going onto her brows. On purpose.

Old permanent makeup doesn't fade evenly — it fades cool. Pigment breaks down
and what's left behind turns gray, blue, or that flat ashy tone you've
probably seen on someone and couldn't quite name.

Orange is the opposite of blue on the color wheel. So before I put a single
brown stroke on her, I neutralize what's underneath. Skip that step and the
new pigment sits on top of the old cool tone and goes muddy within a year.

By the end of this video it just looks like a brow. That's the whole point.
The correction should be the part nobody can see.
