Reiki 1 this week! This introductory level of Reiki is open to everyone. Whether you’re looking to connect to your intuition, find deeper self-love, or harness energy and read chakras, this course will attune you to the energy necessary to achieve it.

Every Tuesday we’ll do an hour yoga flow followed by an hour of guided reiki.
Reiki practice is beginner friendly and you can drop in to any class but you’ll receive the most benefits if you come to all 6 weeks and participate in both yoga and reiki ✨
