The Collagen P.I.N.® is designed to deliver a better treatment experience for microneedling patients. More than an aesthetic device, Collagen P.I.N. stands for Percutaneous Induction Therapy – a process that creates micro-punctures in the skin using sterilized micro-needles.
Procedures can be spaced up to four weeks apart to target and improve the look of facial acnes scars in adults for smoother, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Microneedling results vary based on the area being treated, the needle depth chosen by your provider and your individual skin health. It’s typical for a series of 4-5 treatments to be scheduled throughout the year to address most aesthetic skin concerns involving acne scarring.

One of our most popular “lunch time” peels.
A salicylic acid based peel that provides quick, glowing results after just one treatment.

Good for a wide range of skin types and concerns.

Before and after of a much needed dermaplane for this sweet patient.
For her treatment, we did an Illuminize peel (that’s why her skin already has a nice glow and slight erythema before the dermaplane.) Then went in with a dermaplane.
The peel helps detach and bring up any dead skin cells hanging on, and the blade grabs them and picks them up off the skin.
The dermaplane also pulls off vellus hair (peach fuzz) giving the skin a smoother and brighter appearance.
Getting all the excess hair off allows your skin to breathe and absorb all your skincare products properly.

With it being a new year, I keep meaning to reintroduce myself.
My name is Blakely and I am a licensed medical esthetician at KIRN Plastic Surgery and Skincare Center. I have been here for over a year now and met so many wonderful people and have learned so much.
I am recently engaged to my best friend💍 and have a mini golden doodle named Ellie 🐾 and she takes up a lottttt of my time :)
I loveeeee what I do and I find the science behind skincare so interesting to learn about.
I specialize in anti-aging, but also know how to target many different skin concerns from hyperpigmentation to texture and even acne.

LET’S TALK ACIDS🧪🧪
Chemical peels are comprised of several different acids, and each acid targets something different.
There are 3 types of peel levels:
-Superficial: will only pe*****te the epidermis. There is no downtime; no peeling. These are great for first time chemical peel patients or people who need a treatment before an event to give their skin a nice, healthy glow.
-Medium: pe*****te the entire epidermis and papillary dermis. These are a little more aggressive than a superficial peel and will normally include some peeling/flaking and possible downtime. These are great for people who have done treatment before and are looking to target deeper skin problems.
-Deep: controlled tissue injury to the level of the mid-reticular dermis. This causes extreme peeling and downtime of 7 to 14 days. This level of peel can only be done by a doctor.
Your skin type and what skin condition/problems we are treating will help me determine what type of peel would be best for you.
ANDDDDDD I cannot express this enough——-> If you are investing the time and money into getting Chemical peels, I HIGHLY recommend we get you on a solid skincare routine!!
