Staying in spaces that drain you because you fear disappointing others.
Never resting because your worth feels tied to productivity.
Making everyone else feel emotionally safe while silently drowning yourself.
Sometimes self-abandonment sounds like:
“It’s fine.”
“I’m probably overreacting.”
“I don’t want to be a burden.”
“Maybe I’m asking for too much.”
Healing begins when you stop leaving yourself behind to maintain relationships, roles, expectations, or versions of you that no longer fit. 🤍
You deserve to become someone who protects your peace instead of constantly negotiating against it.
Signs someone may be draining your energy instead of pouring into it: 🌙

“Why am I becoming more confident?”
“Why do opportunities flow to me so easily?”
“Why is healing becoming safer for me?”
Questions naturally engage the brain to search for answers.
Protect your inner dialogue carefully. Your mind is always listening. 🌙
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from overthinking.
It comes from getting honest with yourself. 🌿
