I am so excited to be heading to Charleston, South Carolina, July 15th-18th to provide hair and makeup services for contestants competing in the Miss All American, Teen All American, and Miss Junior All American Pageants!

With over 17 years in the pageant industry and more than a decade of experience specializing in pageant hair and makeup, I am honored to help contestants look and feel their absolute best as they take the stage!

✨ The Work Behind the Glam ✨

I show up for work even on my days off, and I don’t get paid for it—but I do it to ensure the safety of my clients. The cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection that goes on behind the scenes isn’t just a day’s work, especially with two little ones running around.

Here’s what goes into keeping our brushes spotless and safe:

✔️ Step 1: Each brush is first cleaned with Dawn Powerwash to break down tough makeup.
✔️ Step 2: We follow up with Dawn Ultra to thoroughly cleanse each bristle.
✔️ Step 3: Brushes are reshaped and air-dried properly.
✔️ Step 4: Once fully dry, we use Cinema Secrets to remove any lingering residue.
✔️ Step 5: Handles are wiped down with Wet Ones and a magic eraser for a fresh, clean look.
✔️ Step 6: Finally, brushes are sprayed with 70% alcohol and reorganized into a freshly cleaned kit.

This full process happens after every use, but once a month, we deep-clean over 100+ brushes to ensure our kit is in top shape.

It’s a time-consuming process, but knowing my clients can sit in my chair without worrying about infections or skin irritation makes it all worth it.
