A new era of Southern Mane ✨

I’ve been keeping this one close for a little while, but I can finally share — Southern Mane is moving into a brand new space.

My time at Image has been such an important part of this journey. I walked into that space with a vision for what I wanted Southern Mane to become, and I’m leaving it having grown in ways I genuinely couldn’t have imagined.

My business grew. My artistry grew. My confidence grew. I found an even deeper love for extensions and hair enhancements, welcomed clients who traveled from near and far to sit in my chair, expanded into education, brought on an assistant, and started dreaming much bigger about what Southern Mane could be.

And eventually, those dreams needed a little more room.🤍

This next space was chosen with so much intention. It’s a place that will allow me to continue creating the elevated, personalized experience Southern Mane has become known for, while making room for everything this brand is growing into next.

More space. More intention. More possibilities.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and this is one of those posts that feels a little different for me to share here.

I lost my older brother, Sam, to su***de when I was in high school.

There are pieces of that loss that have shaped me in ways I probably couldn’t ever fully put into words — and as Southern Mane has grown, I’ve realized I want this space to represent more than beautiful hair. I want the people who sit in my chair to know they are seen, valued and worthy far beyond what they see in the mirror.

So this month, this is for Sam.

For the people quietly carrying things no one else can see. For the families who have experienced this kind of loss. And for anyone who needs the reminder:
