So Father’s Day is behind us for this year. I hope all the Dad’s had a wonderful day and were loved on like crazy. We were in Mebane Saturday restocking items at Impulsive Creativity. New summer soap fragrances, Citrus Blossom, Red Sage, Smokey Mountain Fog, Kojic and Mango and more. Dropped off some new bath bombs in support of Pride Month. And brought some summer lotions as well. Stop by and see the staff, Kat, David, Doug and everyone else that keep things running smooth there!

I feel like this some days while making soap or lotion or whatever the day calls for!

Someone held a treat a little too close to Goldie's nose, and for one glorious moment his eyes went their separate ways. He's fine. Probably. He's just deep in concentration, carefully calculating the exact trajectory to that snack. The silliest possible face on the very goodest boy. We love him dearly. 💛🐶

Been working on a few more products to help get you through the summer with beautiful skin. A new Green Coffee Bean Exfoliant Body Scrub. The Green Coffee Beans (purchased from Shay and Co out of Milwaukie, OR) are ground into an exfoliant about the same grain size as white sugar and are gentle enough to remove surface dead skin cells without scratching the skin. I mixed them in with our wonderful foaming soap base and added Coffee and Cream fragrance (from Midwest Fragrance) to create a great scrub! Your skin will get the benefits of the caffeine (things like increasing blood flow and cell turnover). Plus we have added a few more scents to our scrub line like the Black Raspberry Magnolia seen here with the coffee scrub.

Its time to start thinking about the Honeybee Festival August 15. Keep your eyes open for new items that we will be posting about for the festival.

It's time to get ready for the 2026 🐝Honeybee Festival🐝!! The festival will be held Saturday, August 15th 2026. It hosts various craft, non-profit, and commercial vendors, as well as food for you to munch on while you shop!
