ARRIVAL: Due to CDC guidelines we do ask that you wait in your car. Our waiting area will be closed. Please call 859.266.1161 to check in for your appointment upon arrival. We will contact you as soon as your service provider is ready for you and you may come in for your appointment. We are limited capacity so there will be only 1 client per stylist. If you are coming with someone please have them wait in the car unless special accommodations have been made.

Only one person at a time. We do ask that you please come alone. Please do not bring children unless they are also getting a service. Our concession area will also be unavailable as well as reading material, however you are welcome to bring your own.

SCREENING: Due to CDC guidelines we will be doing a brief screening over the phone prior to your appointment. You will be asked:

1. Have you experienced a cough, trouble breathing or fever in the past 14 days?

There will also be a temperature check station when you walk in the door please check your temperature and sign in. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4° F will be denied services.

Mask: Masks are required for clients as well as staff. It is state required and recommended by the CDC. You will be denied service and entry without a mask.
