I wish Facebook had a smell button because I am putting Marta Stewart to shame in the kitchen today!!! With the smell of cinnamon, vanilla and fresh chocolate chip muffins.
PS. These muffins are only 70 calories and filled with only healthy yummy goodness.

Consistency not perfection creates long term results.

I didn't go to church today, to be honest I haven't been to church in a month, but have never felt closer to God.
I started to pray daily, not just when something goes wrong in my life
I am focusing on all the little things that make up my life and feeling blessed
I have surrounded myself with others that share similar visions of helping our community and have become very grateful for these people in my life
I am a work in progress and everyday I will try something that will bring me closer to God.

Yikes, the holiday season is here!! We all know what is coming.......... parties, cakes, excuses, crazy family visits, excuses, cookies, candy cane lattes, excuses. My tip to you>> BE PREPARED.
Meal planning any time of the year can be challenging, but especially during the holidays. The key to good meal planning during the holiday season is to stay prepared, keep it easy and convenient. I know I am a baby, but I have been cold all day and I couldn't wait to get warmed up by this Chickpea lime and coconut soup.
Okay, Okay, Okay....if you are like me then you probably got a little turned off by the name of the soup, but seriously don’t judge a book but its cover or its’ name!! This is an AMAZING soup recipe and it does NOT taste like coconut at all, I promise. Drop a 🍲🍲 if you would like the recipe.
PS: Gluten and Grain-free too!!

I don’t have time.
24 hours in a day.
We all have the time, we just need the reason.
How many times in your life have you really wanted something, but you allowed yourself to be more consumed by the process than the actual outcome? Stop putting all your focus on the pain and process and start focusing on the OUTCOME. We all have the ability to exercises, we just need to commit to the outcome.
