Getting clear is one thing. STAYING clear is the goal. And once we get you there, we move into what I call maintenance mode.

1. Keep doing what got you clear!
I knowww once your skin starts looking good, it’s easy to think, “I can skip tonight” or “I probably don’t need this product anymore.” NO ma’am! You’re still acne-prone.

Keep your products stocked, use the correct amount, stay consistent with your AM + PM routine, and don’t randomly stop or decrease your acne treatments just because you’re clear.

✨And remember—breakouts don’t always show up immediately. What you stop doing today can show up on your skin weeks later.

2. Don’t forget about your acne triggers.
Clear skin does NOT mean we suddenly start experimenting with every viral TikTok product. 😂 Be mindful of pore-clogging makeup, dirty pillowcases and makeup brushes, certain supplements/energy drinks, hair products, lifestyle changes and all of those little things we talked about during your acne journey.

3. Keep your maintenance appointments. 🫶🏽
You may not need to see me as frequently as you did when we were actively clearing your acne, but that doesn’t mean treatments stop altogether.

For many of my clients, we transition from biweekly into monthly or every-other-month treatments so I can professionally exfoliate, monitor your skin and make adjustments when needed.

You worked HARD for this clear skin. Let’s keep it clear. 💜
