Dear Clients,
First I want to tell you how much I appreciate your business. Especially with how hard these last couple years have been. Due to rising costs in this industry as well as our daily expenses I am going to have to implement some changes. These will take place beginning September 1, 2022.

•You will see an increase in my pricing. All my services will be raised by 10%. I will reevaluate yearly and make changes as needed.

•I must start charging for extra things I haven’t always consistently charged for. (Such as a shampoo or a style with a cut)

•I will be implementing my no call/no show policy. I ask that you kindly give me 24 hours notice of cancellation or I must charge at least half of your service cost. (Certain emergency/sickness exceptions are understandable and will be excused)

I hope you all understand how hard this is for me to make these changes, but also realize how important it is for this to happen. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for all of you.
And I want to give a special thank you to all of the clients who have already started giving me this raise on their own and encouraging me to run my business the way I should.
