-A card is required to put on file to book a service, for no show and cancellation policy

-If something comes up where you need to reschedule or cancel you must do so 24 hours in advance

-No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service as we are by appointment only

-Please arrive on time for your appointment with NO MAKEUP ON THE EYE AREA & WITH CLEAN LASHES. $10 fee will be added for makeup removal.

-If you are 10-15 min late a $10 late fee will be added to your service. More than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of your service will be charged to your card
