Hey Hair Besties….

I know it’s been a bit since we’ve posted however, we just wanted to give a quick reminder to all of our clients…

💥💥Our goal is to provide quality hair care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to access that time slot. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for all clients.

Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call/text atleast 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you may be subject to paying a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your service at the time of rebooking.

If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, without communication, it will be considered a no-show.

We understand situations arise, and emergencies happen however, if you have 2 or more no-show appointments, you will be asked to make a full payment for your appointment at the time of booking and place a credit card on file to secure payment.

We are happy to discuss and question regarding this cancellation policy.💥💥
