🍯 Honey Butter Spread

Perfect for biscuits, toast, cornbread, pancakes, waffles, or sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

* ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
* ¼ cup Bar Bee Ranch honey
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
* Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Directions

1. Place the softened butter in a small mixing bowl.
2. Add the honey, vanilla, and salt.
3. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.

Tips

* Let refrigerated honey butter sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.
* Delicious on fresh biscuits, muffins, toast, pancakes, waffles, and cornbread.
* Makes a thoughtful homemade gift in a small mason jar.
