The Soap Factory in Lexington is looking for ONE dependable, hardworking person to join our team!

🗓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday
⏰ 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
📅 Start Date: Monday, August 24
💰 Pay: Determined after interview

We want to be upfront about what we are looking for because we aren’t just trying to fill a position — we need to find the RIGHT person.

Our ideal team member is:

✅ DEPENDABLE. If you’re scheduled, we need to know you’re going to be there and be on time.

✅ Detail-oriented. A large part of this position involves making our products using established recipes. You must be able to follow a recipe book EXACTLY — every ingredient, every measurement, every step, every time. No shortcuts and no “I thought this would work better.” Consistency matters!

✅ Able to follow directions. We need someone who listens, learns, and follows through with what is asked.

✅ Coachable. Nobody knows everything on their first day! We need someone who can accept instruction and constructive criticism without taking it personally and use it to improve.

✅ Great with customers. You should be friendly, outgoing, comfortable starting conversations, and willing to help customers find products they’ll love.

✅ Self-motivated. There is ALWAYS something to do. We’re looking for someone who can see what needs attention and get to work without having to be told every single time.

It’s hard to believe the time has come, but two very special members of our Soap Factory family are about to begin their college journey at UTM - Parsons!

While we couldn’t be more proud of these girls and all they have accomplished, it sure won’t be the same around the store without seeing their smiling faces every day. Alayna has been by our side since day 1! These girls are so much more than employees…they’ve become part of our family, and they’ve helped make The Soap Factory the welcoming place so many of you know and love.

As they begin this exciting new chapter, we ask that you keep them in your prayers. Pray for wisdom, confidence, safety, new friendships, and success as they chase the dreams God has placed before them. ❤️
