Owning a spa has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life, but it has also challenged me in ways I never expected. There are long days, late nights, endless to do lists, and moments where it feels like there’s never enough time. Behind every appointment, every video, every clean treatment room, and every little detail you see is a lot of hard work that most people don’t get to witness.

At the same time, I’ve made a promise to myself that I won’t lose sight of taking care of me. Going to the gym isn’t just about changing my body. It’s about building discipline, improving my mental health, relieving stress, and becoming the strongest version of myself inside and out. Some days I don’t feel like going, especially after a full day at the spa, but those are usually the days I need it the most.

Running a business and staying committed to my fitness goals has taught me that progress comes from consistency, not perfection. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep showing up, even when it’s hard, even when you’re tired, and even when the results aren’t immediate.

If you’re working toward a goal, whether it’s starting a business, improving your health, going back to school, or simply becoming a better version of yourself, keep going. Every small step matters, and one day you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come.
