Mellow Meadows Massage

Hello everyone, I have something exciting I've been wanting to do for women for a while now, but I need your help!

I want to gift a free, two-hour massage including hot stones and a gua sha facial massage. I want to gift this to one woman each month, and this is where you all come in.

I want it to be a woman who always shows up for others but rarely for herself. A woman who does too much, possibly with very little to no thanks for what she does. A woman who is emotionally and/or physically exhausted. A woman who could benefit from ~2.5 hours to herself while being cared for by someone expecting nothing in return, not even payment.

I want to love on tired mommas, single mommas, women who have endured chronic pain, whether that is physical or emotional, women who have lived long lives and endured the burdens of it all, etc.

Nominations are open for all ages 18+. I prefer all nominations to be for someone else in your life that you know {(but I know sometimes when we're at our lowest, we don't always have people in our corner who know what's *really* going on; if this is you, and you know you definitely don't have someone in your life who would nominate you, you can nominate yourself)}. So check in on your friends and colleagues, see how they're doing. Maybe you have someone in mind right now. If so, please email me at [email protected] with their name and contact info, and then tell me why you are nominating them. I will allow the full month for nominations, pick one at the end of the month, and get them scheduled for the next month.

This will reoccur every month for as long as I remain a massage therapist!

Coming soon 2026: Chair Massage!

In January 2026, the option to book chair massages will become available on my booking software.

Chair massages are well-suited for those seeking a shorter experience or focused upper body work without the need for oil or un******ng.

Chair massage also serves as an excellent introduction to massage, particularly for those new to massage therapy, or those who may feel uncomfortable/vulnerable on a massage table 🫶🏻

I have actual physical gift cards this year, with a Christmas flair 🎄✨

Mellow Meadows Massage is located at 1701 N Kansas Ave. I am renting a room out of A Quiet Place LLC.
I am not in any way associated with A Quiet Place other than renting a room in the suite.
