I don't care if you think I should not wear a 2 piece because I have fat and roles. Look the other way if I bother you.Because I am slaying this suit and guarantee you won't not be able to look at my confidence

Thank you to everyone who has showed their support through my journey. I still eat right, work out and take care of my skin. I am 40 lbs away from goal but feel I may aim for 215 ish

Every since I got started to the journey I have been 100% dedicated to everything I need to do to succeed. Especially meal prep..this past week with our winter storm I didn't have the food I needed to meal prep or eat my new proper way. I ate crap...boy,could I tell a difference. I crave vegetables and protein. I don't really eat carbs unless it's in my meal already.

Yesterday I did my meals for the next week and was so happy and relieved.

I noticed that not have my meals ready to go makes me very anxious and nervous.

I still can't believe that eating healthy is so expensive!! I go to the store weekly and easily spend $200 for my groceries 🙃 oh the price of health lol

16 weeks and down 75 pounds. This has been the best thing that has ever happened for me. I'm so happy and thank you to all of my supporters ❤️
