This feels a little funny to write about myself, but here we go 😅… The things that matter most to me have always been pretty simple: my faith, my family, and loving people well. I want the women around me to win, and if I believe in you, chances are I’m going to remind you what you’re capable of until you believe it too.

I’ve never been very good at accepting “you can’t” or “that probably won’t work” as an answer. I think I learned pretty young not to let a label, a circumstance, or somebody else’s opinion decide what I was capable of.

Reading what these girls wrote about me was pretty special because Radiant has always been so much more than a business to me. I’m incredibly honored to have a front-row seat to watch these women chase their dreams, build something of their own, and become more of who they’re meant to be. Getting to be one of their loudest cheerleaders along the way is one of my favorite parts of it all 🤍

We all love a girl who is unapologetically herself! Ariana has this free-spirited, genuine way about her that makes people feel comfortable right away. She’s just one of those people who somehow makes you feel a little lighter after being around her 🤍

Ari is a sure-of-herself woman and such a badass example for her daughters. She works hard, loves deeply, shows up for the people she cares about, and keeps going even when life gets hard. More than anything, you can tell how much she wants to support her girls and be the kind of woman they can look up to. 🤍

She’s also extremely funny, tells it like it is, and has one of those laughs that will have you laughing right along with her before you even know what happened. 😂

Danielle is just one of those rare people who is genuinely good to her core. She has this peaceful, whimsical way about her, a quiet wisdom, and a heart that makes you want to protect her at all costs!! She loves her people deeply, finds the good in just about everyone, and lives life in a way that feels refreshingly simple and genuine.

But don’t mistake that softness for naïveté, Danielle knows exactly what’s going on. She’s observant, intuitive, and usually picks up on more than people realize. And if she tells you bad weather is coming, believe her!! She’s somehow more reliable than the weatherman ever could be 😂

Jamie is one of those people who makes you feel cared for without ever making a big deal about it. She has this steady, genuine way of making everyone around her feel a little more at home 🤍

Amy is the kind of person who loves her people fiercely and will make sure you know she’s in your corner. She’s equal parts nurturing and no-nonsense. The first to check in on you and tell you the truth, bring you a coffee and probably roast you a little somewhere in between!

And if you know Amy, you can probably hear her laugh just reading this 😂 🫶🏼

She may be one of the quieter girls in the salon, but hand her a wild nail idea and she’s absolutely not afraid to run with it! There’s something really special about someone who doesn’t need to be the loudest in the room for her talent to speak for itself. ✨

Amber is one of those people who is quietly full of depth. She’s thoughtful, intentional, strong in her faith, and a true go-getter. When she decides to take something on, she goes all in and doesn’t believe in cutting corners 🤌🏼Whether it’s her work, a new business idea, or something she’s learning just because she wants to know everything about it, she puts real care behind what she does!
