Colleen's Family Hair has always made it a point to ensure you have a positive experience. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
When an appointment is missed without notice, it prevents another client from having the opportunity to receive service and affects our days schedule.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY Any appointment that is a NO CALL/NO SHOW will be subject to a $25 NO SHOW fee.
This fee must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.

We understand emergencies and unexpected situations can and do occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please kindly provide us with as much notice as possible. We will allways consider extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.

A quick scheduling update for my amazing clients 🌻

I am currently booked several weeks in advance, as most of you already know I usually book at least a week out. While I wish I could accommodate every request, I simply can't fit them all in. I will always do my best to find time whenever possible.

If you have a preferred day or time, please schedule as far in advance as you can. I also understand times and schedules change. And i will do my best. Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support 🙏 ❤️ I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Today Colleen's Family Hair would like to Thank everyone for supporting my business for 30 years!!! Yes today is my 30th Anniversary!!

I couldn't be any more grateful and happy to have had the opportunity to pursue a career doing something I have always had passion for. They say find a job doing something you love and it will never feel like work.(True Story). I still love my profession and I can't believe how fast the time went!!

2020...What can I say, it was by far the most uncertain year. A year none of us could have ever predicted. A year many customers learned how deceiving YouTube and hairdressing can be. We had many coronacuts not to mention the "Home bre" Hair coloring🤣. Then we also had the ones who waited out the quarantine and came in looking like Rip Van Winkle. Many of us came to understand how lucky we are and to count our blessings during the year!! I was fortunate to have met people I otherwise would have never connected with.I found a company I use to create beautiful color, and they offered free education which I took advantage of, they guided us, calmed us and reassured us. There was so much good happening during this chaotic year.
As this crazy year ends in a few hours I want to take this time and Thank all my awesome customers for supporting me and my business this past year!! You all rock 🎸!! I am passionate about my business and I strive to provide the best service possible. I truly appreciate your support and am looking forward to the opportunity to serve you again next year!! Thank you all for everything this past year!!
