Red light therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular activity. Also known as photobiomodulation, it works by energizing the mitochondria in your cells, helping them repair damage, boost energy, and function more efficiently.
Common Uses & Benefits:
RLT is primarily popular for its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.
