Serenity on the Square

The seasons are changing… maybe it’s time to tune in, too.

Just as a musical instrument can be tuned, tuning forks use gentle sound and vibration to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with your body and mind. During seasonal transitions, it can be a beautiful way to release what feels “off” and come back into alignment.

Mary here at Serenity on the Square offers Tuning Fork Sessions , and she is taking appointments now!

If you’ve never experienced tuning forks, try something new this season. You may be surprised by how good it feels to get back in tune with YOU.

💜 Don’t just push through the seasonal shift—book your Tuning Fork Session with Mary today. Call Serenity or book online now to reserve your appointment!

New season. Time to reset your energy.

Seasonal changes can affect our sleep, mood, energy levels, and even how much stress we carry. A Reiki-infused crystal sound bath gives your mind and body a chance to slow down, reset, and find your center as we transition into fall.

Serenity on the Square offers Reiki-Infused Sound Baths on the first and third Tuesdays of every month.

Don’t wait until you’re feeling depleted to take care of yourself. Book your spot now and give yourself an hour to reset. Spaces are limited!

Your body feels the change of seasons, too.

Cooler temperatures, changing routines, less daylight, and everyday stress can show up as tight muscles, stiffness, fatigue and tension.

Don't wait until your body is begging for relief! Massage helps you release, reset, and feel better now...because now is when you need to feel your best!

Appointments are filling.
---Book your massage at Serenity today and your body the seasonal reset it deserves.
