One of the biggest risks is tearing your incision 😣 This can happen from too much movement, stretching, or pressure on your stomach. REST is extremely important 🛌✨
If your incision starts to tear:
Keep the area clean and dry 🧼 and contact your surgeon right away 📞 for further instructions. Sometimes tears happen due to fluid buildup, especially if you’re not keeping up with your post-op care like massages 💆♀️
Healing time varies ⏳
Smaller tears may heal on their own from the inside out, while larger ones may require additional treatment like fluid drainage or a vacuum device 🏥

✨ This client’s transformation took just 5 sessions split between her arms, legs, and waist area!
For her midsection, I focused mainly on radio frequency to help tighten her skin after pregnancy, followed by wood therapy on her sides to contour her waist and reduce love handles.
The results speak for themselves!
They came out so good! 🎉
My recommendation for her was to wear her faja consistently, but even though she didn’t follow that part perfectly 😅, she still maintained clean eating habits and did little to no exercise and still achieved these amazing results! 💪🏽✨
