I have not been hacked. I really do have 2 accounts.

Have you ever gone to the salon and left super unhappy? It probably went wrong in the consultation. Somehow the stylist was not seeing the same vision you were trying to describe.

When you come in for a consultatoin with me we will start by talking about your PAST. I need to know where your hair has been... what color has been done over the last 3 years (even if it's just a rinse), when was it last cut, what problems have you been having.

Then we will talk about the FUTURE. This is where your inspiration pictures come into play. What color do you want to be? What kind of haircut? Maintenance? Styling expectations?

With the information from your past and future I can then create a plan for the PRESENT. What can we do today to get you where you want to be? Most often I can get you to the future in one day. Sometimes though, we'll have to come up with a plan to get you there. Either way I will recap everything you'd like to accomplish to make sure we are both on the same page before we start any services.

Sarah here is like a ray of sunshine ☀️ every time she walks through my door even though I always see her as my last appointment of the night! 🌙

We add some chunky-ish blonde highlights every couple months or so. That's enough to give her greys a place to hide and adds enough brightness to make her hair match her personality. 😁

The initial appointment for this would be Brighten Me Up. Plan for 2 1/2 hours at the salon. It includes highlights, a treatment, a toner (if needed), shampoo, condition, blow dry and style. And also a mini photo shoot if time and lighting allow!

⚡️⚡️Got static? ⚡️⚡️
As the air get colder and drier the biggest hair problem is static. I have an easy solution.

If static is your problem your hair is lacking moisture. After you get out of the shower and towel dry add a little moisture conditioner to your ends and leave it in. Make sure your conditioner says "moisture" or "for dryness." If it says "strenghth", "repair" or "protein" it might actually make your static worse.

You'll have to judge the amount by your hair. Start with a pea size. You want just enough to quench your hair's thirst but not enough to weigh it down or make it greasy.

Beth's hair is extra fine and thin.

We choose color...
to keep her maintenance low (I see her about every 10 weeks)
to add body
to make it look as thick as possible
and to blend her grey

To accomplish all of these things we highlight with a gentle color that adds warmth. It's a couple shades lighter than her natural but does add depth to her greys.

Respecting your TIME is very important to me!! 🕰️

I have taken great care to figure out how long services actually take and to ask you the right questions ahead of time to make sure we have the right amount of time booked. Each of the appointments listed on my menu have an estimated amount of time you should be at the salon so that you can make arrangements ahead of time.

I only take one client at a time so you have me one on one during your appointment and that includes not answering the phone while I'm doing your hair. (My biggest pet peeve!)

I very rarely run late. And in the rare case I do, I will try my best to message you and let you know. If I happen to be ahead of schedule I will also message you in case that works better for you.

Lastly, I want to make sure we choose a hair cut and color that fits with the amount of maintenance you are willing keep. I never want to give you a style that needs maintenance every 2 weeks when your schedule only allows you to make it to the salon every 2 months!

Cathy has super fine hair, likes to cover the grey but spice things up every once in awhile.
