This year we’ve made it a sense of urgency to find balance. From being a total night owl, to attempting to become an early bird, we still seemed to lack something and that was definite balance. Everyone’s life style is different and we say to do what’s best to cater to your needs and means of that. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In order to help us find that, we will be implementing famous five second rule into our daily lives. It is something that we’ve known and implemented ever since reading her book years ago, but haven’t really made it a priority. Now it has become a priority! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
