🤎 BIRTHDAY WITH A PURPOSE 🤎

This year, I’m doing things a little differently for my birthday.

With the recent effects of Hurricane Lowell, I want to use this time not only to celebrate, but to give back and help support families in our community who have been affected.

During my birthday promotions at HBK Studio:
✨ $2 from every promotional offer and retail bundle deal will be set aside and donated to affected families.
✨ $5 from every HBK Studio Club purchased will be donated.
✨ $5 from every booked service will also be donated.

And of course, I still want to celebrate YOU with some amazing birthday specials! 🎉
🛍️ ALL RETAIL — 15% OFF
Excluding bundle deals

✂️ SERVICE BUNDLES — 50% OFF
Every appointment, purchase, and bundle booked during this time means more than just supporting HBK Studio — it’s also helping us give back to families in our community who need a little extra love and support right now.

Thank you to every single one of you who continues to support me, my business, and my dreams. HBK Studio would not be what it is without my incredible clients and our Kauaʻi community.

This birthday, let’s celebrate with a bigger purpose. 🤎

Reopening Monday, September 14, 2026!

Aloha HBK ‘Ohana,

I hope you and your loved ones are safe and doing well following Hurricane Lowell.

I’m happy to share that HBK Studio is safe and did not sustain any major damage from the storm. We are incredibly grateful and feel very fortunate.

At this time, however, access to propane on Kaua‘i is extremely limited, which is temporarily affecting our ability to operate normally. Because of this, we will remain closed for the next few days while we allow supplies and essential services on the island time to stabilize.

We are planning to be back up and running on Monday, September 14, 2026.

For all clients whose appointments were canceled between September 7–12 due to the storm and salon closure, you will receive FIRST PRIORITY when rebooking your appointment. There will be no additional fees or rebooking charges associated with these cancellations. These circumstances were completely beyond your control, and my priority is making sure each of you is taken care of as we get back into the salon.

I kindly ask for a little patience as I work through the schedule and accommodate everyone as fairly and quickly as possible. I will be reaching out to affected clients regarding available appointment times.

For appointments beginning Monday, September 14, we are planning to proceed as scheduled unless you hear otherwise from me.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support—not only of HBK Studio, but of our entire Kaua‘i community. Times like these remind me how lucky I am to call this island home and to have such an amazing group of clients who continue to show up for me and my business.

Please continue to stay safe, take care of one another, and give our island a little time to recover.

Mahalo for your kindness, patience, and for always showing up. 🤍

Kaua‘i Strong. 🌺

HBK Studio Hurricane Donations after Lowell!

To my HBK ʻohana 💚

Kauaʻi is home. Seeing family, friends, clients, and neighbors experience so much loss after Hurricane Lowell has been heartbreaking, and I want to do my part to help.

From September 11 through October 30, 2026, HBK Studio will set aside these amounts from completed, paid purchases for a donation supporting Kauaʻi hurricane recovery:

• $5 per regular salon service• $1 per salon retail transaction• $2 per promotional salon service• $5 per HBK Club purchase

Promotional services count at $2 instead of the regular $5. HBK Studio provides these contributions at no additional charge to you.

If you’d like to make a separate donation, a Donate button is available so you can give an amount of your choice. Please review the recipient and donation details on the linked page before giving. This is completely optional, and you don't need to make a salon purchase.

I’m still choosing the recipient organization for HBK Studio’s contribution. Once that donation is made, I’ll share the organization’s name and the total donated.
Mahalo for being part of our HBK ʻohana and for the love you continue to show our island.

With aloha,Kekoa | HBK Studio

HBK Studio Update — Reopening Monday, September 14 Click here for an update from HBK Studio Kaua'i!

🚨 **COLOR CLIENTS… WE NEED TO TALK 😂** 🚨
From here on out!
**ALL color clients are required to PRE-BOOK their next maintenance appointment before leaving my chair.** 👏🏽
Why? Because I love you, but I cannot keep chasing you down when those roots are ROOTING. 😂 And when you come back way overdue, your “quick maintenance” can turn into a whole color correction situation real fast. 😩
✨ **KNOW YOUR MAINTENANCE** ✨
Roots / Gray Coverage • 4–6 weeks
All-Over Color • 6–8 weeks
Partial Highlight • 6–8 weeks
Highlights / Balayage • 8–12 weeks
Toner / Gloss • 4–8 weeks
Vivids • 4–6 weeks
Reds / Coppers • 4–6 weeks
Root Tap • 6–8 weeks
Root Smudge • 6–12 weeks
Root Melt • 8–14 weeks
**If you invest in your color, you gotta maintain your color. PERIOD. 💅🏽**
Pre-booking keeps you on schedule, keeps your color looking 🔥, and guarantees you have a spot instead of texting me when you’re 3 weeks overdue like…

“Heyyyy 👀 any openings this week?” 😂😂😂

BABE. NO. 😭

**Before you leave the chair, BOOK THE NEXT ONE. 🗓️**

Your hair will thank you.
Your stylist will thank you.
And your roots will DEFINITELY thank you. 😂🤎
