Important Update for My Amazing Clients ✨

First and foremost, I want to say a massive THANK YOU to my loyal clients who have supported me from day one. Your trust in me means the world, and I absolutely love having you in my chair!

As many of you know, I am still growing my business and building up my inventory. Because of this, when you book a specialized service, I often purchase the high-quality color and chemical products out of pocket specifically for your appointment.

To help protect my business, time, and resources, I am implementing a new booking policy effective immediately:

📦 Chemical & Hair Color Deposits: $25 will now be required for all hair color and chemical services. This deposit goes directly toward covering the upfront cost of your specialized products and will be applied to your final total on the day of your service.

⏰ Cancellation Policy: I completely understand that life happens and schedules change! I kindly ask for a 48-to-24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When last-minute cancellations or no-shows happen, it makes it incredibly difficult to grow my books and sustain a thriving business. My goal is always to provide you with the highest quality care, and just as I deeply respect your time, I kindly ask that you respect mine and the livelihood of my business.

This new policy isn't personal—it's simply a step to ensure I can keep providing the best possible service to all of you for a long time to come! 🤍

If you have any questions about this change or want to get on the books for this week, please feel free to reach out via DM or click the link in my bio. Thank you all so much for your continued love and support! 🫶✨
