Good morning and Happy New Year! I just wanted to let my clients know that I plan to continue with my regular schedule until further notice. I have passed my real estate exam and will be shifting gears. Last year was extremely difficult and hard on my body. I cannot continue full time behind the chair. There is a price raise going in to 2026. It is significant and if it is not worth it to you, I understand. My prices have definitely not increased with ongoing inflation, my knowledge/experience or my demand. 2026 prices will reflect this.
