🙋🏻‍♀️ just get it done! All week I’ve been not feeling that great, but I got it done and feel awesome! I Listened to a podcast yesterday from and about if you have a mental block to get the workout done and she said “Get your A$$ up and go” so I did!! You’ll feel better if you just do something 💞👍🏼😊

What happened in February 🤔

I upped my step count most days
Made sure to take days for self care
Managing stress (job related) 🤷🏻‍♀️
Had a few weekends with unplanned meals but managed to maintain my loss from January, I say that’s a win!
