Feeling overwhelmed with gratitude as I celebrate four years as a yoga guide.

When I began yoga teacher training, I had no intention of teaching. I wanted to deepen my understanding of the practice.

On day one, I realized I was there to reconnect with myself. The experience was transformative as massage therapy school.

It has been such a gift to hold space for others as they connect with themselves, stand in their power, and act on their own behalf. There is truly nothing like it.

Thank you to every student who has trusted me with your time. It means the world to me.

And a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has nurtured me along the way. There are far too many of you to name, and I adore each and every one of you. I am endlessly grateful for this incredible community.
