The smartest way to order each day is to edit your Loyalty Rewards Program Cart and choose ship now. This will get you your shipping reimbursed in rewards points and make sure you get your rewards points that you earn on any order of 50pv or more.

Some people choose to create a second LRP for BOGO week to edit each day and choose ship now as to not mess with their current cart. Just make sure to delete that LRP at the end of BOGO week.
