With over 25 years of experience, Angie has spent her career doing what she loves most, helping people feel better.

Whether you're carrying tension from a long week, recovering from a tough workout, or simply in need of genuine rest, Angie has a gift for reading what your body needs and delivering exactly that.

Her sessions are known for being thorough and attentive, she works the whole body while giving thoughtful focus to the areas that need it most, and she has a natural ability to weave deep, purposeful work with a sense of calm that leaves clients feeling both restored and relaxed.

We’ve been keeping a secret…

We are SO excited to welcome our newest therapist, Zen, to the Restorative team!

Zen has been an LMT for 8 years, and is passionate about the holistic healing journey. She has a pitbull, a 3 legged cat, and two wild children, so she knows how important it is to schedule your self care!

Zen specializes in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, a unique unwinding modality that focuses on releasing tension in the skull and spinal system.

Inspired by her own babies with tongue ties, Zen is trained in infant CFT and is a certified doula as well. She also loves working with the neurodivergent community, supporting children and adults with nervous system resetting with CFT.

This modality also supports clients with migraines, trauma integration, anxiety and burnout, and Zen is passionate about creating a caring and healing environment for her clients.

In addition to this specialization, she is also skilled in deep tissue hip and glute work for low back pain and sciatica, as well as neck and shoulder pain such as those from desk jobs and stressful work environments.

Zen's work is deeply intuitive, and she excels at working through chronic or acute pain challenges.
