ONE 30 minute session of lymphatic drainage. Sometimes we even have to pinch ourselves when we see results like this. What’s insane is: this technique is SO gentle, so slow. People often say “wait, this wasn’t painful at all….it barely felt like you were touching me…how did this even work?”
Your lymph anatomy, and our hands knowing exactly how to guide that fluid is why it works. When you have a surgery, all the fluid sits right under the skin. It takes very little pressure to guide that fluid and inflammation where it needs to go to drain. And bonus: because lymph drainage is so slow and rhythmic, it is a natural pain reliever and helps to calm the stress after your procedure.
