Christmas Eve at Clover Coyote

We weren’t planning to open on Christmas Eve, but we decided to make it a little family fun stop for anyone out and about.

Join us Christmas Eve from 10:00–2:00 for last-minute shopping, stocking stuffers, and a fun, relaxed visit. If family is in town, plans are low-key, or you just want to get out for a bit, come see us.

We’ll have Christmas goodies, unique gifts, and—most importantly—dirty sodas ready to sip.

And who knows… you might even see a little snow.

Today Unlimited Perfections is celebrating its 26th anniversary of being in business! How can this be?? 1996 seems like only yesterday! I was 21, newly married, with big dreams of owning my own salon (please do not do the math with my age)!
When I got my cosmetology license in 1993, I went to work for an established salon in Lincolnton. The owner of that salon taught me so much. I will always be grateful to him for sharing his skills and knowledge. After three years working in the industry and only being married for three months, I decided to go after my dream, and Unlimited Perfections was born in a little house I found that needed a lot of work (I still do the hair of the loan officer that believed in my dream too). The next year I bought the house that joined the property of my salon. It was used as a booth rental for 23 years! I will never forget the day I opened the doors to my salon and the feeling of excitement! I remember thinking “dreams do come true...”
In almost a blink, it is 2022… Unlimited Perfections has become an amazing team of cosmetologists and a fabulous message therapist, who love what they do! Hair change, make up change, fun and feisty, we love helping each one of our clients feel great about themselves! But this year, the little blue house I started in 26 years ago has gone through a change of its own… she has a different look and new purpose. A friend of mine had a dream of owning a med spa, and when her daughter became a nurse practitioner, they decided to pursue their dream! As we talked more and more, I decided to let them lease my salon.
Helping others be successful has always been the core of who we are at Unlimited Perfections, and of who I am. It’s the business owner I wanted to be. After talking to my team at Unlimited Perfections, we all agreed that to help other business women be successful was how we could pay our blessings forward! We are all established cosmetologists, and really do not need the road frontage that a new business would need… So we moved to the back house, and painted it blue to honor the heart and soul of our original location and those who helped us begin. We are thrilled Casey and Sheila and their new Family Med Spa is located in the little house that brought so much happiness to us all.
We love our new space, and are so excited to make many beautiful in it.
We could not have made it a day without all of the FABULOUS clients of Unlimited Perfections, our family and friends! I am truly blessed and forever grateful!!

Our Unlimited Perfections family is growing! This past month we had the pleasure of adding a new massage therapist, Laura Moreno.

Laura has a passion to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. She is a firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind and the body’s ability to heal itself, Laura believes that massage therapy can be one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. Her work incorporates deep Swedish techniques with effective trigger-point therapy, as well as stretching techniques to help clients attain balance and well-being. Her touch is highly intuitive, and each massage is tailored to meet her client’s needs.
