Exfoliation helps unclog your pores + prevents breakouts.
It helps with product absorption (your serums actually work better after)
Smooths texture + evens tone
Stimulates cell turnover.

⚠️‼️BUT keep in mind that more isn’t always best! Over-exfoliating can actually do more harm than good. It disrupts your skin barrier which can actually lead to skin sensitivity and breakouts.

For BEST results keep it at 1-2 times per week.
