It’s been almost two weeks, and I still can’t get this show out of my head…. The glitter… the POWER!… the glitter! Fun fact! Galadriel is one of my dream roles. Maybe I’ll post a video of me singing this song one day.

Two week update!

I got my post surgery splint off today, and
got a cast put on! I had 2 sets of stitches that were removed, one last set that will dissolve on its own, and the 3 pins I’ve got in my thumb are staying put for another 2 weeks (hence the crazy size of the thumb part of my cast).

The doctor said everything looks good, but I may lose some sensation in my thumb. When I had my surgery, he said he checked on my nerves, and they were so stretched out, that it’s gonna take a really long time to get sensation back (if ever). Lucky for me, it shouldn’t affect the mobility of my thumb. But it’s going to impact my use of my hand for sure, and I have a lot of PT ahead of me (so if you know any good ones in the Saratoga Springs are, send me their info!) , but I’m gonna be okay.

I have NEVER felt cuter.

Hello my unicorn friends!

I am nearing the end of my time in my little salon, and I’m about to take my sabbatical.

So, with only a few days left for me to offer services, I thought I’d give my herd a little something for being an amazing group of humans.

I hope to be back at it eventually, but I don’t know when I might be back. If you need a referral to another salon or stylist, please reach out to me. I’d be happy to point you in a good direction.

I’m truly, truly not ready to let my space go. But. I have to move on. And hopefully new opportunities and better things will come in the future for me and for each of you who has trusted me with your hair.

Hello my herd of unicorns!

I have been taking a little bit of a break. I’m sure you’ve heard that a lot recently. But. I’m back.

I really hope that you all had an amazing Christmas(if you celebrate), and a safe and happy new year.

2022 was rough, but I had some amazing times. And some amazing successes. And I hope I can do more to help people in the years to come.

Here’s to a new year, and the continued dedication, from me, to help people feel like their best selves.
