Heute gibt es mal eine etwas andere Form einer Infografik ☺️. Ich hoffe, dass sie euch gefällt! Von welchen Restaurants soll ich auch mal so einen Spickzettel machen? Schreibt es gerne in die Kommentare 👇🏼

Für Leute, die ihre Kalorien tracken, finde ich solche Kalorienübersichten von Gerichten in Restaurants sehr hilfreich. So kann man sein Essen genießen und hat trotzdem einen Überblick.
Außerdem finde ich es interessant, mal zu sehen, welcher Burger wie viel Kalorien hat. Dabei haben mich vor allem die Süßkartoffelpommes überrascht. Diese werden hin vielen sicherlich in den Kalorien unterschätzt.🤨

I'm far from perfect.
I mess up ALL THE TIME. 😳
In May I stuck to my plan ONLY 12 days. 🤦‍♂️
And I OVER ATE 11 days. 😱
AND I STILL LOST WEIGHT 💥🤯💥
How the hell did I do that?!?
I'll tell you...
I don't make any of that mean that I suck at weight loss or as a person or anything else. ❤
I simply make it mean I made a choice that didn't align with my goal.
That's it.
I can make my next choice and choose to take a step in the direction of my goal or keep taking steps away from it.
It's that simple.
Don't over complicate it.
You can totally do the same ❤

Good morning … since this is healthy week and I m sharing all the healthy recipes so this smoothie was got to be on the menu … 😊
This smoothie is easy to make and help you in stomach reduction and reduces bloating people doing intermittent fasting also can can have this as the first this in the morning … plus it is super simple to make and tastes yummmm….
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 apple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup water

Method: Blend all this together and enjoy this every morning….

Note(you can adjust the water consistency according to your taste)
