A recent therapy piece I created while I was away. Those that know me well know why I’ve been absent. I can’t stress the importance of taking care of your mental health and staying on top of it. It nearly brought me down. For those that have reached out, I thank you. I’ve been on a tough road and I want everyone to know I’m ok and working to get better.
