Today is Day 29 and I am actually sad that this adventure is ending tomorrow.
Today's video is about what our experience with The SkinGames has been. I started in 2021 filled with doubt and was completely overwhelmed. I still placed as a finalist, and I will say that that is exactly where this nerdy beast was born! Even though I didn't place in the top 3, a fire was lit within me.
My second year I came back stronger. I placed as a finalist in multiple categories again, but still didn't place in the top 3. After looking at my path, I noticed that I was missing the authentic version of myself. I was afraid to allow my quirks to show. I didn't fully embrace all the nerdy tid-bits that were in my brain. I had to give it one more try.
They say third time is a charm.... and it was for me. After multiple trips to the stage to accept awards, I was overwhelmed yet again.... but differently. This time I was my most authentic self, sharing all my nerdiness. I had an incredible tribe of supporters cheering me on at every step. I was inducted as a Skin Games Legend and I shared the stage with the exact same estheticians I had spent years looking up to. I also landed a National Educator role with Skin Cosmetics Pro. I now travel teaching all the nerdy knowledge for Korean Skincare.
My calendar is booked solid MONTHS in advance, many clients booking a year in advance.
I live with a constant waitlist.
I have received awards and magazine articles written about me, and my spa has grown significantly.
My spa has earned 10 awards in the last year.

Day 28..... without power again
Day 27: Dark Edition
We currently have NO POWER at the house. It is only 113 degrees outside 🤪🥵, but that won't stop us from our evening skincare routine.
It's Day 26 of the Social Selfie Bootcamp Challenge.
If I could only choose one way to use my Skin Wand Pro, it would be for enhanced serum pe*******on.
I love it because I can use it with my favorite serums, and doesn't require a purchase of a new skincare system. However, it does Sooooo much more!
One thing I've learned during this challenge is that consistency really does create results. You may not notice the day-to-day changes/improvements, but each little improvement can lead to profound improvement over 30, or even 60 days of consistency in a new routine.

Day 25!!!
Hi everyone! It's Day 24 of the Social Selfie Bootcamp Challenge.
Today I'm using my ATA Applicator for lymphatic drainage, but I use it for this purpose DAILY. I simply can't get enough of it. It truly is my favorite time of the day!
One thing I love about lymphatic massage is that it reminds me that sometimes we need to let things go to make room for better things.

Day 23! Can you believe that I haven't missed a single day? I know I am shocked. Crazy what we can accomplish when we fully commit 🤪
We are in our final week for this challenge. As overwhelming as it has been to co.plete videos, edit, and submit them daily, I am actually a bit sad that it is ending. The support and accountability from the other wonderful participants has formed such an incredible community filled with others from our field. They are wonderful cheerleaders who understand the struggles we face as business owners, and how we are typically the last priority on our own to-do list. They "get it" but don't allow the "I was too busy" excuse. Accountability and consistency are key, and I couldn't be more thankful to be a part of this challenge. 🥰
It's Day 22 of the Social Selfie Bootcamp Challenge.
Today, I'm combining Anna Lotan, my ATA Applicator, Hypo21, and my Skin Wand Pro for my ultimate glow routine. This video will certainly be "different" and quirky, but that is who I am at my core. Basically a grown up with an inner child that refuses to grow-up, led with a nerdy brain. 🤪 It's a whole mess of fun and chaos!
One thing this challenge has taught me is that consistency beats perfection every time.
Quite ironic because I have a tattoo that says "Progress over Perfection" on my wrist. It is my daily reminder that consistency each day leads the progression....instead of pursuing "Perfection."
