It made the experience so convenient. Her braids were done neatly, and they weren't too tight, which was important to us.
I also appreciated that, as a parent, I was able to sit comfortably and wait while her hair was being done. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional. Although Iesha was a few minutes late, she communicated with us beforehand and got started right away when she arrived, which I appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Iesha and this salon!"
