Hi, we are Luxuri Beauty. An onsite bridal hair and makeup team based in New Jersey and we have spent years perfecting the art of making brides feel like the most beautiful version of themselves on the most important day of their lives.

We do not do cookie cutter looks. We do not rush the process. We sit down with every single bride, learn her vision, her features and what makes her feel most like herself and then we build something made completely for her.

Yes, we really block out 4 hours for your bridal hair and makeup. And no, that is not excessive. 

We are prepping the skin, building and blending, setting the hair properly, working with your natural texture and making all those little adjustments that bring the whole look together. There is a lot happening that simply cannot be done in 60 minutes.

✨And here is the thing nobody talks about!!✨ You are probably not going to be sitting in that chair for 4 straight hours. The florist is going to walk in to hand you your bouquet, your mom is going to need a moment, your going to have to use the bathroom, a vendor is going to pop their head in with a question. It happens at every single wedding and we plan for it because that is just the reality of a wedding morning.

We build in that breathing room on purpose. It is what keeps the morning feeling calm instead of chaotic and it is something we have found works every single time so we are sticking to it.

Bridal hair and makeup takes time and none of it is something we ever want to rush. 🤍

We are really good at what we do. But there are five things no makeup artist on earth can do and brides need to hear this before they sit in our chair. 🤍

1. Shrink your pores. We can try to minimize them. But pores are a part of skin and in high resolution photos and certain lighting they will still be there. That is not a flaw that is human.

2. Replace good skin prep. This is the one we will never stop talking about. Makeup works with your skin not against it. If the canvas underneath is dehydrated, congested or neglected there is only so much we can do. The brides with the most flawless wedding day skin started taking care of it months before they ever sat in our chair.

3. Completely flatten raised blemishes or scars. Color we can correct. Texture we cannot erase. If a blemish has physically raised the skin no amount of foundation will make it disappear. This is exactly why we always talk about skin care and skin prep long before the wedding day.

4. Erase fine lines and wrinkles. We can soften them, we can choose products that minimize their appearance and we can make sure nothing settles into them. But they will still be there because you are a real person and real people have them and that is completely beautiful.

5. Make you look like an AI picture. This one is important. If your inspiration photo is an AI generated image or a heavily filtered render that is not a real face. It is not real skin, real texture or real lighting. We will always create the most stunning version of you but we are working with your real beautiful human face and we would not have it any other way.

Here is what we will always tell our brides. We can do a lot. We cannot do it all. The best results come from us working together, starting early, prepping properly and coming in with realistic and open minded expectations. That is when the real magic happens. 🤍
