We want to give Angela Gurley a big Halloween welcome to The Hive. Angela is originally from Hamlet, North Carolina. She graduated in 2001 from cosmetology school. She is licensed both in North Carolina and South Carolina. Angela has owned two salons. She currently lives in Myrtle Beach, SC and attends Ocean View church. She loves doing cuts colors and highlights. When she’s not at work, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, swimming and spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughter Kyirsten that is 7 years old.
“ Doing hair has always been a passion of mine since I was a child. Finally I decided in my 30s to follow my dreams and do what I love… And I’ve never regretted it.” The past few weeks we have enjoyed Angela being at The Hive and cannot wait to see what the future holds for the salon.
