Class was smooth and fun today. 😌 My OG came out to stretch with me 🥰 We definitely got a well needed cool down today! Still not too late to get out and get a little fresh air! Don't be so busy, you forget to stop n smell the flowers..literally! 🌼

I love that they're not phased by a high heat index or bugs..or giving the trees a hug. 🥰 They've been learning meditation, yoga, and emotional regulation techniques since age 1.. Always progressing, learning, and evolving. Tons of wisdom in the little ones.

Brought my Jr yogi to class with me. ❤️ He talked to the water, threw sticks, and made friends along the way. Children aren't masters of stillness, but they're beautiful examples of 'living in the moment.' They don't hold on to negative emotions too long..they laugh heartily..they constantly explore..and they truly live in the moment. Peace Yogis 🌼
