Idk who needs to hear this, but if your little kid is sick with stuffy nose and congestion….

Mix up a cup of peppermint tea with dish soap and let those babies play with blowing bubbles outside…..

It will get them to move, work on lung and lymph flow and activate all those muscles through he face and neck to help it all pass.

Peppermint blown into the air and in the space should help clean up some congestion too…..
