I love you ALL to death pls believe me but grandfathered pricing is NO LONGER in my budget, not being charged a late fee is NO LONGER in my budget, last minute cancellations with no fee or penalty is NO LONGER in my budget, same day appointments with no fee is NO LONGER in my budget.ESPECIALLY while I’m traveling.

If you cause me to work outside of my 2 hour slot set for another client you will be charged accordingly. I try to leave myself and you, the client, 30 minutes for room for error on both of our behalf’s.Only being charged after 15 min. But still allowed to show up in 30 without it effecting or possibly effecting my next client.

At times I may have to reschedule, may be behind, BUT you ALWAYS have the option to decline or cancel.THEN it’s on me and I owe you your deposit bacc.if you’re able to reschedule, fine for the both of us.

If you ever walk in and someone is sitting in my chair in your time slot, if it’s their fault, believe me they are being charged for it, if it’s mine that’s on me and I’m willing to negotiate to accommodate you if you’re upset.but you have to speak up.communication goes a long way.

I base my whole business off customer service and quality service.if you ever feel I’m slipping pls feel free to pull my card but also keep in mind what type of time I’m dealing with when I have 7 of you on the books and 3 show up late. It effects my WHOLE day.it takes away my lunch, it takes away my ability to run errands I may have set time aside to run and other things.That’s jst how the cookie crumbles sometimes.

I’m not the type to send a client away, but I will tap those pockets.you will pay for my time especially if it’s extra time.we set schedules for a reason.we have families to get home to and things outside of behind behind this chair to do .
Everything I do I do in fairness love and passion of my duty to keep you looking good.Pls respect my mind and my time and I’ll do my best to do the same in return.
