A major misconception I hear in the treatment room when I mention chemical peels in the summer is that ALL peels are off-limits until fall.

The truth? Not all chemical peels are created equal. While some stronger peels may be better suited for certain times of year, many superficial peels can be performed safely during the summer when you’re a good candidate and committed to proper SPF and aftercare.
