We all have those "a-ha!" moments in life. Well, Haley and Ryan's 2018 wedding was my "a-ha!" wedding so-to-speak.

Their wedding was the wedding that was pivotal for my career. And, while I've never shared this with them before (until now) it was their entire wedding party and family's kindness that made me realize that I could do this whole wedding planner thing as a full-time gig. To this day, I can still hear Haley's mom pulling me aside telling me I needed to raise my prices.

It wouldn't be until 2020 that I would go full-time; but here we are in 2023 and KGW has a solid team of planners and to this day Haley and Ryan's wedding will forever be a favorite of mine. It just holds a very, very special place in my heart.

And, to wrap up this sappy post (I seem to be having a lot of these lately) but I genuinely love keeping up with all my couples. Haley and Ryan welcomed a son in 2022 and it's just really cool to see how one's wedding day is only the beginning of a really full, good life with your other half.
