I’m going to be honest: learning Spanish has been kicking my ass. 😩

I have so many Spanish-speaking clients, and I want to give every client an equal experience and the best experience possible at The Laser Lab. I can use a translator, and I do, but I want to be able to have a real conversation with you. I want to explain your treatment clearly, answer your questions, and make you feel comfortable and understood.

I took two years of Spanish in high school. I’ve tried Duolingo. I’m still over here wondering why my brain won’t catch on faster. 😂 It’s frustrating because this matters so much to me, but I’m going to keep learning.

This has also given me so much respect for anyone learning a new language while building a life somewhere they don’t understand everyone around them. That takes so much courage and patience.

To my Spanish-speaking clients: thank you for being patient with me while I learn. I may need my translator right now, but I promise I care about giving you the same great experience I want for every person who walks through my door. 🤍
