Treating yourself well goes beyond how much you exercise and what you eat.

It's also how you talk to yourself. How you talk about yourself. What beliefs you hold about yourself and how you validate that story.

Working the retreat for Mariposa's Place of Wellness has been a fun adventure so far.

Some of my favorite things about it are that I feel I'm disconnecting from the loud city life for a moment when I'm there. The only sounds I hear when there are the trees shuffling in the wind and the wildlife doing its thing.

I loved getting to throw wood into the fire pit and listening in on a guided meditation. It made me feel so Zen when I continued giving massages.

You should definitely see how you can book a retreat here. I guarantee you'll have a wonderful time. You might even see me!
